Even though I perceive Montauk in my daily life, I always see him this way, very hyperbolic and stylized as normal lighting acts upon him. I suppose it is a strange combination when I think about it.
My functional vision has been extremely limited since birth; I've never been able to make out the delicate nuances of real human faces, so I was drawn to cartoons as a lens into understanding emotion.
i love how her innards are clearly electronic, but it still tries to pass of as natural life, very nice detail
